Update time, since Windige-Himmel was bugging me to update. BTW, if I could figure out how to do those fancy links to other peoples' DA pages, I would. I'm just too lazy to learn.

My last semester at college is coming to an end, so I'll soon be thrust out into the real world. Dunno exactly what I'll be doing then, really. I have a lot of options.

The Warlord's Sons got its first rejection letter of its career. I'm going to try a couple other publishers that take unsolicited work before I try to get an agent. I may make a few changes to the manuscript, mainly the opening scenes, in an effort to make the beginning a little more of an eye-grabber, perhaps.

I'm currently working on my semi-yearly piece of art. I'm going for Eastern realism with this one; it'll be of Kaiyr sitting against a tree, looking up at the top-down viewer. Astra is sleeping soundly in his lap, and with the hand he does not have on her shoulder, he keeps a few fingers on his battle mask. Fmeh. I could post some scraps of it, but I don't feel like it. But maybe it'll happen, anyway.
